    Pengaruh Metode Hypnoteaching Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V Di Sd Negeri Begalon Ii No.241 Surakarta Tahun 2011 /2012

    Pembelajaran yang biasa diterapkan saat ini cenderung kepada metode konvensional dan teachear center sehingga kurang ada interaksi antara siswa dengan guru, siswa kurang berkonsentrasi terhadap pelajaran,siswa jenuh belajar sehingga proses pembelajaran kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian Pre Experimental Design berbentuk One Group Pre Test Post Test Design.Permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh metode Hypnoteaching terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SDN Begalon II No.241 Surakarta Tahun 2011/ 2012. Hipotesis yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat pengaruh metode Hypnoteaching terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SDN Begalon II No.241 Surakarta tahun 2011 / 2012. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Begalon II No.241 Surakarta tahun 2011/ 2012 yang berjumlah 48 siswa, yang subyek penelitian akan mendapat dua perlakuan metode pembelajaran yang berbeda. Untuk pertemuan pertama menggunakan metode konvensional, sedangkan yang kedua menggunakan metode Hypnoteaching. Masing-masing metode setelah selesai proses pembelajaran, subyek penelitian mendapat lembar evaluasi hasil belajar yang telah diuji kevaliditasan datanya menggunakan validitas isi, yang nantinya akan menjadi nilai pre test dan post test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kelas ini berdistribusi tidak normal.karena Chi Kuadrad hitung > dari Chi Kuadrad tabel yaitu 30,53 > 11.070 Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Match Pair Test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 19. diperoleh hasil nilai asymp sig = 0,00 < α = 0,05 maka hipotesis ditolak. Jadi kesimpulannya bahwa metode Hypnoteaching mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SDN Begalon II No.241 Surakarta Tahun 2011 / 2012. Disarankan guru dapat menerapkan interaksi dengan siswa serta meningkatkan konsentrasi siswa dengan metode Hypnoteaching pada berbagai materi pelajaran

    Currently fast growing researches on the factors of customer satisfaction, especially in the services sector and tourism. Indonesian as a famous tourism market is going through a period of great change in the current era in term of the demand for tourism destination attraction. One of the tourism destination is Ragunan Zoo Park. To get more market, management should be more pay attention to visitor by increasing in visitor’s satisfaction so that they become a loyal visitors and they will bring more customers to visit Ragunan. The Ragunan’s visitors income can divide in two segment: first, The visitors that have income more regional salary rate (UMR), second, The visitors that have income under regional salary rate. The objectives in this research are: to know are there any variables that differentiation visitor’s satisfaction. Variables that being used base on the customers satisfaction dimension and overall destination product. Data processing and analyzing use Discriminant Analysis. This method was hoped could answer the research objectives. Over all, The research shows any significant differentiation between two groups. Variables that make different are: games ticket, food and beverages price, education image, access, parking facility and count of animals

    The study aims to identify Creativity-relevant Personal Characteristics among creative workers in Indonesia's creative industry. Identification of the constituent elements of the nature of the changes needs to be measured. Researchers have advocated replacing creativity-relevant personal characteristics based on the five-factor model to investigate how individual differences stimulate creativity. This study presents data supporting reliability (internal consistency) and validity (criterion and construct) of the instrument. Validity of the instrument is based on the content validity involving art and design experts. The 220 creative workers from several creative industry firms in Indonesia participated as samples in this research. Results of a factor analysis indicated a five factor solution of creative characteristics and behavior. Discussion of findings and the most important ways in which individuals differ in their enduring emotional, interpersonal, experiential, attitudinal, and motivational styles for stimulating creativity are presented

    Sustainable entrepreneurial culture in promoting innovation: a higher education perspective

    This research aimed to build a quadruple-helix partnership model between universities, government, industry, and community from the higher education (HE) perspective in creating various innovations to support sustainable regional socio-economic development. This study used exploratory quantitative research to develop, predict the model, and explain the empirical evidence. In addition to the model, this study found that institutional sustainable entrepreneurial culture (SEC) could be developed by transforming the university into an entrepreneurial university (EU) and applying sustainable development goals (SDGs) principles to teaching-researching-community service activities, management and governance, and institutional leadership. This study also confirmed that universities with an SEC cannot directly affect the emergence of various innovations sourced from knowledge and research results but must be mediated by internal consensus within academia and external consensus among partnership actors. The research contributions are aimed at: i) HE policymakers who will transform their institutions into EU as a first step in carrying out the university’s third mission; ii) HE will build quadruple helix partnerships; and iii) Micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) which will take advantage of the innovations offered in the quadruple-helix. In addition, this research deepens the Etzkowitz partnership path model in which HE, a source of knowledge for innovation, becomes more focused in the form of SDGs-based EU

    Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membangun dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) pada SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkinang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahapan yaitu tahap pertama menemukan dan menganalisa permasalahan, tahap kedua yaitu perancangan dan pengembangan website dan aplikasi SIAKAD dan tahap ketiga adalah sosialisasi website dan aplikasi SIAKAD pada SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkinang untuk mengelola data akademik. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa website dan aplikasi SIAKAD serta training penggunaannya. Kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak SMA Muhammadiyah dalam mengelola data akademik seingga tidak tergerus oleh perkembangan era revolusi digital.     This research purpose is to analyze the influence service quality and promotion to decision making and its impact on consumer loyalty. Method used in this research is descriptive-associative, using Pearson Correlation Path Analysis. Data gathered by distributiong questionnaire to 110 respondents in Gold's Gym Thamrin City. From the data analysis, it is found out that the structural model is given as Y= 0,497X2 + 0,868, whereas R2 24,7% , and structural 2 Z = 0,491 X1 + 0,871 whereas R2=24,2. The service quality seems have less influence to consumer's decision making but have stronger influence to consumer loyalty. Promotion effectively influences consumer's decision making as much as 24,2%. Thus, service quality and promotion should be leveraged to increase sales and consumer loyalty
